OUR GUARANTEE
As members of the International Amber Association, we sell only gem quality, authentic Baltic amber jewelry handmade in Poland, Lithuania, and Russia. Our designs are set in .925 sterling silver. If you are not fully pleased with your selections, please call us within 10 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. We will replace the piece (if possible) or credit your account.
ORDERING INFORMATION
We are wholesale to the trade only, and must therefore have a copy of your Sales Permit or Tax Resale Certificate on file.
The minimum order for new customers is $200, and $100 for returning customers or reorders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment on new accounts is COD (cashier’s check or money order) or prepaid via check or credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover). To establish Net 30 terms, please fax 3 to 5 currently active trade references with phone and fax numbers. Processing can take two to four weeks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours, although many go the same day.
Standard shipping is UPS Ground service for $8 for the continental USA. Rush service, as well as FedEx, DHL, or USPS is also available upon request.
