Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 hours from Maryland.
  • We ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise directed.
  • The standard shipping/handling fee is $8.00.
  • If you are not fully pleased with your selections, please call us within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization. We will replace the piece (if possible) or credit your account.

Policy Statements

  • As members of the International Amber Association, we sell and ship only new gem quality Baltic amber jewelry made in Poland and Lithuania. All designs are set in sterling silver .925.
  • We are wholesale to the trade only; we require a hard copy (faxed, emailed or mailed), of your Sales Permit, Business License, or Resale Certificate.
  • The minimum order for new customers is $200, and $100 for returning customers or reorders.
  • Payment on new accounts is COD CASH (cashier's check or money order) OR prepaid via check or credit card (VISA, MC, AE, DISCOVER). To establish Net 30 terms, please fax 3-5 current trade references with their phone and fax numbers (from which you've purchased within the last year.
  • Office staff members are available to answer your questions and assist you with placing an order, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, EST.
  • We offer a large selection of gallery style pieces which may be seen at our trade shows or in our Webstore category: "Unique/One of a Kind"
  • Please note: When placing an order please be aware that other customers are ordering as well. If we have limited stock on certain items, it is possible that they may be out of stock, and your invoice will be so noted. We will place backorders on these items (if available) at your request.
  • If you find a One of a Kind piece to order, please call us to ensure its availability, and ask us to hold it for you, pending your completed order, (We can only hold special items for 48 hours).
  • We provide business-size Story Cards at no charge for your customers, but you must request them with your order. The cards have a copy of our International Amber Association certification on one side, and the other side has information about amber and how to care for Baltic amber jewelry.
